He
recibido algunas cositas esta semana, y hoy hablaré de una que me ha encantado
especialmente: las mascarillas de papel comprimidas.

I have received some things this week, and today I will talk about one that I have especially loved: the compressed sheet masks.
Había
leído sobre ellas en algunos blogs, y tras darme un paseíto por Aliexpress,
compré un buen pack de 50 por menos de 2 euros.
Estas
mascarillas son absolutamente geniales, ya que las puedes customizar al máximo.
Vienen
prensadas en lo que parecen unas pastillas medianas y protegidas con un capa de plástico, el mecanismo es
sencillo: en un recipiente vertemos los ingredientes que queramos añadir a
nuestra mascarilla casera, puede ser casi cualquier cosa mientras haya una base
líquida, podemos usar nuestro tónico, tónico + sérum, sérum, ampolla, aceites
esenciales, infusiones de hierbas…
Los
mezclamos si es el caso y a continuación añadimos la pastilla (abajo os dejo un
pequeño video para que veáis lo divertido que es ver cómo se transforma en
segundos).
En
cuestión de un minuto o dos, la mascarilla habrá absorbido todo el líquido
posible, ¡y estará lista para aplicar!
La
desenrollamos con cuidado y nos la aplicamos en la cara, como cualquier otra,
durante unos 20 minutos.
I had read about them on some blogs, and after taking a walk by Aliexpress, I bought a good pack of 50 for less than 2 euros.
These masks are absolutely great, since you can totally customize them.
They come pressed in a kind of medium pills and protected with a plastic layer, the mechanism is simple: in a container we pour the ingredients that we want to add to our homemade mask, they can be almost anything while there is a liquid base: we can use our tonic, tonic + serum, ampoule, essential oils, herbal infusions ...
Mix them and then add the pill I leave you a small video here above so you can see how fun it is to see how it transforms into seconds).
In a minute or two, the mask will have absorbed all possible liquid, and will be ready to apply!
We open it carefully and apply it on the face, like any other, for about 20 minutes.
¿Resultado?
Bueno, dependerá de los productos que usemos, está claro. Pero me parece una
compra totalmente recomendada, porque además de ser tremendamente económica (en
serio, ¿50 mascarillas por menos de 2€?), podemos tener el control sobre todo
tipo de ingredientes naturales adecuados a nuestra piel, y también podemos
aprovechar al máximo los beneficios de nuestros cosméticos al aplicarlos de una
forma intensiva mediante una mascarilla customizable. Lo único que podría
considerar negativo en ellas es la forma…no se ajusta muy bien que digamos,
pero eh, yo no soy tiquismiquis con esto.
La que
yo me suelo preparar es la de té verde, simplemente dejo infusionar dos
bolsitas en un 1/4 de taza de agua bien caliente pero sin haber llegado a
hervir (para que quede bien cargada, además
la temperatura también es importante puesto que el té nunca debe
infusionarse en agua hirviendo o perderá calidad) durante unos 3 o 4 minutos.
Dejamos enfriar bien y ya podemos echar nuestra mascarilla. De vez en cuando
añado unas gotas de sérum (esta semana he probado a usar el ácido hialurónico
que me ha llegado de Elizavecca) , para dar un plus de hidratación. Y para
ahorrarnos este proceso cada vez que queramos usar la mascarilla, suelo
preparar una taza entera aproximadamente y una vez fría, verterla en una
cubitera. Luego directa al congelador, ¡y listo! Tendremos nuestras porciones
de té verde preparadas para simplemente sacar un cubito, dejarlo descongelar
unos minutos y añadir la mascarilla. Además, el frío estimulará la circulación
de la piel.
Results? Well, it will depend on the products we use, of course. But it seems to me a totally recommended purchase, because besides being extremely economical (seriously, 50 masks for less than 2€?), we can have control over all kinds of natural ingredients suitable to our skin, and we can also exploit the benefits of our cosmetics by applying them intensively through a customizable sheet mask. The only thing I could consider negative about them is the shape ... it does not fit very well, but hey, I'm not ticklish with this.
The one I usually prepare is made of green tea, I simply let it infuse two bags in a 1/4 cup of hot water but without having come to boil (this way tea will be stronger, besides the temperature is also important since the tea should never be infused in boiling water or will lose quality) for about 3 or 4 minutes. Let it cool and we can put our mask in. Occasionally I add a few drops of serum (this week I tried to use the hyaluronic acid that I got from Elizavecca), to give a plus of hydration. And to save this process every time we want to use the mask, I usually prepare approximately a whole cup and once cool, pour it in a bucket. Then put it into the freezer, and that's it! We will have our portions of green tea prepared to simply take out a cube, let it thaw for a few minutes and add the mask. In addition, the cold will stimulate the circulation of the skin.

buena cantidad las 50 que pedí. Imagino que por Ebay también se podrán
conseguir.
